What is a shower steamer? Why should I try one?
A shower steamer is a small aromatherapeutic tablet that dissolves in the splash-zone of your shower, releasing essential-oil steam that turns your daily rinse into a sensory ritual.
Perfect for anyone who doesn’t take baths (or doesn’t have time for one), steamers are a quick, spa-like way to open your sinuses, shift your mood, and elevate your everyday shower.

What is a bath bomb? Why should I try one?
Bath bombs are fizzy botanical gems made with baking soda, citric acid, and oils. Ours are sculpted in unique shapes and designed to soften skin, soothe the senses, and make your bath feel like ceremony.
We recommend a bath bomb when you want your soak to feel like a slow, decadent ritual for body and mind.

Will bath bombs stain my tub?
No. A clean tub will not stain. Color may cling to built-up residue from soaps or shampoos, but a simple 50/50 mix of blue Dawn and vinegar clears it right up.

Do bath bombs irritate skin?
They shouldn’t. Our formulas are crafted to leave skin soft, hydrated, and gently exfoliated. As with any botanical product, everyone’s skin responds differently—avoid using on broken skin and always choose scents and ingredients that work best for you.

Can I use a bath bomb or shower steamer while pregnant?
Congratulations! Our products are generally safe to use during pregnancy. Because everyone’s pregnancy is unique, we always recommend checking ingredients with your healthcare provider if you have concerns.

Are shower steamers and bath bombs safe for kids?
Most of our bath bombs are kid-friendly and safe for ages 2+. When in doubt, consult your pediatrician—every little skin is different.

Yes! Every Emerald Bathery product is handcrafted in small batches with care, intention, and a little plant magic.

Where do your ingredients come from?
With deep sourcing and procurement expertise, we select high-quality ingredients from ethical, sustainable suppliers—and a few botanicals even come from our own garden.

This bath bomb/steamer is beautiful. How long can I admire it before using it?
As long as you’d like—but fresher is better. For full fizz and aroma, use within 6 months and keep your products stored in their original packaging to protect them from moisture.

What is your return policy?
Because our products are used on the body, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If anything feels off with your order, please reach out—we want you to love your ritual.

How long will it take to ship my order?

What is your shipping policy?
We ship through all major US carriers. Once your order leaves our hands, you'll receive tracking via email.
Products are packaged with care, but bath items can occasionally crack in transit—they will still work their magic.
