WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Emerald Bathery ships through all major shipping carriers. Once your order has shipped you should receive an update via email with tracking. Emerald Bathery is not responsible for items damaged by shipping. Our products are packaged well to prevent possible breakage by rough handling.

Emerald Bathery is not responsible for any damaged products after they have left our possession, we pack our boxes to handle rough conditions but some things are beyond our control.  Bath products can crack during shipment but will still work the same.

Emerald Bathery is not responsible for packages lost, damaged or stolen once the package has been turned over to the shipping carrier.
